McCumber Golf Facility Management is a comprehensive approach to the daily operations of a golf club, course and/or resort.
Having owned and operated a full-scale resort, Jim McCumber brought together members of his staff whose expertise represents golf/member services, food/beverage operations, agronomy and finance. In each facility, the management team takes its direction from guidelines established by the owners. The team is capable of assuming responsibility for either specific aspects of the facility at the owner's discretion, or full service of daily and long-term operations.

Designed and managed golf course for owner opening in 1998 . Hired and trained all golf operations staff.
